We offer tutoring services for students through our website. Our services include, but are not limited to, online tutoring, assignment help, test preparation, and academic counseling.

3. REGISTRATION
To access our services, you must register on our website by providing accurate and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password.
4. COMMUNICATION CONSENT
By using our services and providing your contact information, you consent to receive SMS, WhatsApp messages, and calls, primarily from our toll-free number +1 (833) 444-6117. These communications may include, but are not limited to, informational messages, promotional offers, updates, and service-related alerts. 5. FEES
We require payment for our services, as detailed on our website. By using our services, you agree to pay all associated fees.
If you do not cancel your account before the expiration date, your access to the service will automatically renew for another month. Fees for any renewal term will be the same as the prior month, unless we have notified you of an increase, in which case the increase will take effect upon renewal.
You may cancel your account at any time, and may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for any past or future payments due during the remainder of your cancelled term. To cancel your subscription, please email us at support@mentorprime.com from the email address associated with your account with the subject “Cancel My Subscription “.
We use a third-party payment processor to collect and process fees. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the Payment Processor in addition to this Agreement. We are not responsible for any errors made by the Payment Processor. You agree to provide us with accurate and complete information about yourself and your chosen Payment Method. You authorize us to save and share this information, as well as transaction information, with the Payment Processor.
As a user purchasing a Subscription, you agree to pay us, through the Payment Processor, all charges at the prices then in effect for such Subscription. You agree to make payment using the selected Payment Method, and authorize us, through the Payment Processor, to charge your Payment Method at the times and in the amounts associated with the Subscription. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes, even if we have already requested or received payment. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment means used to initiate any transaction.
5. CONTENT
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, is our property or the property of our licensor. You may not use our content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
By participating in our live classes, you acknowledge and agree that we may use the class recordings for promotional and marketing purposes on social media and other platforms. This may include but is not limited to informational content, testimonials, promotional offers, and updates. Your participation in live classes serves as consent for the usage of such recordings.
You retain the right to request the exclusion of your likeness or identifiable information from such promotional materials by contacting us at support@mentorprime.com.
6. USE OF SERVICES
